Other energy drink brands have fleets of pristine, factory-fresh custom rigs, wrapped in logos and begging for Instagram clout. Cute.
We’re doing it our way.
Meet our first plunge into the custom vehicle game: a side-by-side twin-seated tricycle. It’s old. It’s rough. It’s a two-person pedal contraption that looks like it was stolen from a 1970s carnival and left to marinate in the sun for a few decades. Perfect.
The Wheels: A Sad Love Story
Mike at Bike Barn in Lehi took one look at the wreckage and didn’t even flinch. The left wheel is a standard right-hand-drive coaster brake… with a bent rim that could double as abstract art. The right wheel? Another bent rim — this one hooked to a rare left-hand-drive hub.
Do we slap on fresh shiny wheels just to look flashy? Or do we let Magic Mike work his miracles and keep this beast authentic? The jury’s still out.
The Throne (a.k.a. Bench Seat)
The current bench seat is upholstered, sure. But it’s also flirting with its next life as landfill. We’ve never built a bench seat before, but that’s never stopped us from doing anything. This will be the kind of seat that makes people want to sit down even when they’re not riding.
Handlebars from Another Planet
The bars are absurd in the best possible way — tall, weird, unapologetic. A nicer stem is on the wishlist, but the current setup (with its mysterious sliding mechanism) might actually save the bars from snapping. Or maybe it’s just nonsense engineering. Either way, it stays for now.
Upgrades Incoming
We’re talking lights. Honk-honk clown horns. Maybe wheel discs. Maybe an MO3 speaker pumping death juice anthems. The only guarantee is that this trike will keep evolving — from rolling art piece to rolling middle finger to conformity.
The Big Picture
Right now, it’s just an old frame with infinite potential. A couple coats of paint and this thing’s off to the races. In the future? Maybe it gets stripped and rebuilt again. Maybe it retires as a garden monument. Maybe it inspires an entire fleet of death juice rat rods.
This isn’t just a build. It’s the start of our custom chaos era.
